1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of entrepreneurskills.org.za and the training, mentoring, progress guidance, GLW access and Birthday App services offered through the website. By creating an account, selecting the agreement checkbox or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Programme purchase and access

Each advertised development programme costs R1,000 as a once off payment and provides 90 days of structured access, unless a different price or period is clearly displayed before payment. Access begins after Yoco confirms successful payment.

By continuing to payment, you ask us to begin supplying the digital service immediately after successful payment rather than waiting for any cooling off period to end.

The first Birthday App download is included with a paid programme. A replacement Birthday App download costs R400 once off.

Monthly services after the first 90 days are not automatically charged under the present checkout. If a recurring service is introduced, its price, frequency, cancellation method and separate consent will be shown before any recurring payment is authorised.

3. Registration and account security

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe that someone else has accessed your account.

A person under 18 may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Payment

Payments are processed on Yoco’s secure payment page. We do not receive or store your complete card details. Prices are displayed in South African rand. Your enrolment is not active until payment is verified.

5. Educational purpose

The programmes provide education, personal development tools and general mentoring. They do not guarantee employment, income, business success or a particular financial result. Information supplied through the programme is not a substitute for advice from a qualified legal, tax, accounting or financial professional who has considered your personal circumstances.

6. Acceptable use

Your access is personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. You may not copy, record, distribute, publish, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the training, software, downloads or other protected material without our written permission. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or use the service unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

The website, programme material, branding, software, written content, videos, downloads and related material belong to YOUNGBULL (PTY) LTD or its licensors and are protected by law. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of that material to you.

8. Availability and changes

We take reasonable steps to keep the service available and secure. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting, internet or third party service problems. We may improve or replace content while preserving the main purpose and paid access period of the programme.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful conduct, account sharing, material misuse or a serious breach of these terms. We will act reasonably and any rights you have under South African consumer law remain unaffected.

10. Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or another applicable South African law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect and retain personal information. It also explains how to request access, correction or deletion where the law permits.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. South African courts have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer’s right to approach an appropriate regulator, ombud or tribunal.
