1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, surname, email address, account username, securely hashed password, selected programme, payment status, transaction reference, access dates, training progress, business names you choose to enter, support messages and basic technical information such as IP address, browser and security logs.

Payment is completed on Yoco’s secure checkout. We do not receive or store your complete card number, card security code or banking password.

2. Why we use the information

We use personal information to create and secure your account, process and verify enrolment, provide programme access, record progress, supply downloads, answer support requests, prevent fraud, maintain the website, keep legally required records and communicate important service information.

We will use personal information only for a lawful and reasonable purpose connected with the service, a legal obligation, our legitimate operational needs or consent where consent is required.

3. Required and optional information

Registration details marked as required are needed to create an account and provide the purchased service. If you do not supply them, we may be unable to enrol you or provide access. Optional profile and business information may be left blank unless the relevant feature needs it.

4. Sharing of information

We may share only the information reasonably needed with trusted providers that help us operate the service, including Yoco for payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, security, backups and technical support.
